Saudi Commission on Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) Chairman Prince Sultan bin Salman and Jeddah Gov. Prince Misha'al bin Majed led the opening of the 2nd Jeddah Historic Festival at Balad. Some 89 different activities of cultural, historical, educational, literary and entertainment significance with the new theme “Bright Sun” have been scheduled in the 10-day event.
